I worked on the major redesign of the whole website. The aim was to create a great modern looking magazine, responsive layouts and especially to deliver more page views per user visit. All the goals were accomplished with the redesign in the end.
The key driver compartment of every News site is the article. Article is the traffic bearer due to inbound marketing activities. Mostly it generates significant volume of revenue from the traffic.
I put extra effort into the article templates and surroundings.
In cooperation with the monetization leader I put the efforts to design enough advertising units to drive sales while preserving the visit quality and bounce rates on the other hand.
